Project Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Management Intern for a 3-month intensive sprint to help shape and enhance our AI-enabled learning platform. The core technical concept is built—your mission is to bridge user needs, product vision, and execution.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to drive product improvements, define user journeys, conduct research, and optimize features for real learners.

Core Responsibilities

• User Research & Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews, survey users, and analyze feedback to identify pain points and feature needs.
• Roadmap & Feature Planning: Assist in prioritizing feature backlog using data, user impact, and business goals.
• Define Product Specs: Create PRDs, user flows, and feature documentation for engineering and design teams.
• Product Testing & Feedback: Participate in usability testing, collect insights, and suggest UX/UI improvements.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze engagement, adoption, and retention metrics to evaluate feature success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, AI, and marketing teams to deliver product features.
• User Journey & Experience Optimization: Refine onboarding flows, content access, and AI-based recommendation experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing MBA or related field at IIM.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and structured decision-making skills.
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle, user behavior, and usability.
• Ability to write clear documentation, create product flows, and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma (view), Notion, Trello, or Excel (basic acceptable).
• Ability to learn fast, take ownership, and work under deadline-driven deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to product, consulting, tech clubs, competitions, or entrepreneurship.
• Familiarity with EdTech, AI-based tools, or user-facing product experiences.
• Understanding of basic UX principles, design thinking, or A/B testing.
• A portfolio, case study, or previous product work (if available).
